The new shows are just starting as I write this (Jan. 2nd). If you find any mistakes, please let me know.
A couple caveats to start with. First, this listing is for Tokyo. Most other major cities will run the same new programming, possibly at different times, but the local stations will have reruns of older shows that are only available in their regions. So, while Osaka, Tokyo and Kyoto may all have Naruto at 7:00 PM, Osaka may have City Hunter in the afternoons, while Tokyo has Puri Kure Splash. If you're not in Tokyo, you'll have to check out the schedule for yourself.
Second, various series are in repeats, even if they're new and are part of the current season, since MX and TVK will rebroadcast each other's shows. So, if you see a show title appearing more than once on different days or channels, it's not a typo, it's a rebroadcast. Also, all links are to the broadcaster's pages for that show; if there's no link, the broadcaster doesn't have a page for it. Finally, NHK and MX will often run little 5 or 10 minute anime programs for kids during the day. It's not worth it to try to track these shows, so I'm not bothering with them. I'm only going to list shows that run 30 minutes, and have a chance of having some kind of audience appeal.
